Great store and super knowledgeable people. I am happy to find a store for all my Triathlon needs! The owner is super helpful and answered a lot of my questions. The new location is bigger and has so much good stuff for swim/bike/run and more!

They're very honest. Full disclosure, I haven't purchased anything from the shop but the person at the counter answered all my questions and recommended me to check out another store as they didn't carry the exact item. I was surprised, they could have pitched and attempted to make the sale, but they didn't because they knew it wouldn't be a good fit long term. Can't get more honest than that! I'll be sure to return in the near future!

Purchased a pair of shoes here. One of the main reasons is that I wanted to support local and since I am familiar with Collingwood it made sense. Making an account was easy and items were distributed the next day. Although I was concerned at first since the items took over a week to arrive from Collingwood to Waterloo I emailed them regarding a tracking number. Although they weren't always respondent, I was able to track the tracking number of the shoes down and they eventually arrived) safe and sound!I will certainly buy from here again and encourage others to continue to support local businesses, even if you come from afar!Thanks again.

Really loved my first experience at this store, especially having shoe sizes that fit me in shoes I can run in! Thanks for thinking about us tall girls! Looking forward to going back when they get their Louis Garneau Bikes so I can dream!
